How to Request a Return

  3. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
  4. Pack the device securely with all original items
  5. Ship it back using the provided label

Refund Processing

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear in 5-7 business days depending on your bank

Exchanges

Want to exchange your device for a different model or color? No problem!

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Same 30-day window applies as returns
  • If the new device costs more, you pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we'll refund the difference
  • We cover shipping for exchanges within 30 days

Damaged or Defective Devices
