Free Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 12-15 business days

Cost: FREE on all orders

Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

Processing Time

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day.

What Happens After You Order:

  1. Order Confirmation: You'll get an email immediately after purchase
  2. Quality Check: We inspect your device one last time (30 mins - 2 hours)
  3. Secure Packaging: Packaged safely with bubble wrap and protective materials
  4. Shipping Notification: You'll receive tracking info via email once shipped

  • P.O. Boxes: Accepted for free shipping only (expedited requires physical address)
  • Military APO/FPO: Free shipping available; delivery may take 15-20 days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Free shipping available; may take 15-18 days
  • Rural areas: Delivery times may be slightly longer

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking so you always know where your device is.

How to Track Your Order:

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation (sent within 24 hours of order)
  2. Click the tracking link in the email
  3. Or visit the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and enter your tracking number

Note: Tracking may take 12-24 hours to update after your shipment notification email.

Delivery Issues & Solutions

📦 Package Lost or Stolen

If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look around your property (sometimes left in safe spots)
  • Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark as delivered early)
  • Contact us immediately - we'll file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund

📉 Package Arrived Damaged

If your package or device shows signs of shipping damage:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and device
  • Don't throw away packaging (needed for insurance claim)
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos
  • We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund

⏰ Delivery Delayed

If your package is taking longer than expected:

  • Check tracking for carrier updates
  • Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can add 1-3 days
  • Contact us after 20 business days (free shipping) or 10 days (expedited)
  • We'll investigate with the carrier and provide a solution

🏠 Wrong Shipping Address

If you realize you entered the wrong address:

  • Contact us IMMEDIATELY (before 2 PM EST if possible)
  • We may be able to change it before shipment
  • Once shipped, we'll work with the carrier to reroute if possible
  • Address changes may incur additional shipping fees
