Every refurbished device and repair service at WorkTech Daily comes with warranty protection. We stand behind our quality—if something goes wrong within the warranty period, we'll fix it or replace it at no cost to you.
📱Refurbished Device Warranty (90 Days)
All refurbished iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and AirPods come with a 90-day comprehensive warranty.
What's Covered
- Hardware defects: Screen issues, button malfunctions, speaker/microphone problems
- Battery failure: If battery health drops below promised capacity
- Charging problems: Port issues, wireless charging failures
- Software issues: Pre-existing software bugs or glitches
- Camera defects: Focus issues, lens problems, sensor failures
- Touch/Face ID issues: Biometric authentication failures
- Wi-Fi/Bluetooth problems: Connectivity issues
- Internal component failures: Logic board, memory, storage issues
Your Warranty Options
If your device experiences a covered issue within 90 days, you choose:
- Free Repair: We'll fix the issue at no charge (3-5 business days)
- Replacement Device: We'll send you an equivalent or better device immediately
- Full Refund: Get your money back, no questions asked

What's NOT Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage: Drops, cracks, water damage, physical impact
- Normal wear and tear: Minor scratches, cosmetic blemishes, battery degradation within normal limits
- Unauthorized repairs: Damage caused by third-party repair attempts
- Lost or stolen devices: Warranty covers defects, not theft or loss
- Software you installed: Issues from apps or jailbreaking/rooting
- Liquid damage: Unless device was sold as water-resistant and damage occurred within specs
- Cosmetic imperfections: Minor scratches or scuffs that don't affect functionality
How to File a Warranty Claim
Filing a warranty claim is simple and fast:

- Provide Details: Include your order number, device model, and description of the issue
- Send Photos/Videos: Help us understand the problem (optional but helpful)
- Get Your Resolution: We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps

🔧Repair Service Warranty (90 Days)
All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and workmanship.
What's Covered
- Replacement parts: If the new screen, battery, or component fails, we'll replace it free
- Workmanship issues: Problems caused by our repair process
- Related failures: Issues directly caused by the repair
- Redo service: If the original problem returns, we'll fix it again at no charge
Important Notes
- Warranty only covers the repaired component, not the entire device
- New damage or unrelated issues are not covered
- Warranty is void if someone else attempts further repairs
- Parts are high-quality replacements (OEM or equivalent)

We're working on offering extended warranty plans that will include:

Shipping for Warranty Claims
We cover shipping both ways for warranty claims.
- We'll email you a prepaid shipping label
- Pack your device securely (we'll provide instructions)
- Ship it back using the provided label
- We'll repair or replace it and ship it back for free
- Typical turnaround: 5-7 business days from when we receive it
Warranty Transferability
Can you transfer the warranty if you sell the device?
Yes! Our 90-day warranty is tied to the device, not the original buyer. If you sell or gift a device within the warranty period, the new owner can still use the remaining coverage.
They'll need to provide proof of purchase (your original order number or receipt) and contact us to transfer the warranty to their name.
Warranty Limitations
- This warranty is our exclusive remedy and the only warranty we provide
- We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the device or service
- Warranty claims must be filed within the 90-day coverage period
- Some states don't allow limitations on implied warranties, so your rights may vary

Consider AppleCare+ for Apple devices: Some of our devices may be eligible for Apple's extended warranty (check with Apple directly)
Use a protective case: Prevent accidental damage that's not covered by warranty
Keep your order confirmation: You'll need it to file warranty claims
Register your device: Email us after purchase to ensure warranty tracking
